Kirtlington Business Centre has taken positive measures to contribute to protecting our planet. The heating system uses the earth’s natural resources. Rainwater is harvested to serve the core areas and the offices are cooled by mixed modes including thermaflows which allow the hot daytime air to be replaced by cool nighttime air.

• Heating by ground source heat pump – an efficient and cost-effective way of providing heat by using the earth’s natural resources, still giving individual thermostatic control to individual office areas
• Rainwater harvesting to the core areas
